All puppies are sold as companion pets and are not to be bred. They are evaluated and represented as accurately as possible.
Puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
The buyer should have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy (at buyer's expense) within 2 weeks of possession. Puppies
are guaranteed for 1 year against any congenital/hereditary disorder which would seriously impact the quality of life or would
require continual medical treatment throughout the puppy's life. With the provision of veterinarian report the buyer
will be given the option of either a replacement puppy or a refund upon returning the puppy.
Puppies
are naturally at risk for viral or bacterial colds or bacterial infections, such as coccidea or giardia. These are usually
easily treated and not covered by this guarantee. Which is why it is important to schedule your new puppies vet appointment
once you have paid your puppy deposit.
In the event of the death of your puppy, the buyer (at buyer's expense) must provide the seller a letter stating the
cause of death from an attending veterinarian along with a copy of the autopsy report. If the cause of death is found
to be due to a congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy or refund will be arranged.
Seller has done everything possible to produce a healthy, sound puppy in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and
vet care. Puppies must be given follow-up shots in order to have full immunity and also wormed regularly. A premium
puppy food should be fed. Puppies are currently on Diamond Naturals small breed puppy food.
